Design Engineer

Responsibility:

·Product design – sophisticated design for best quality, production and maintenance

·Product improvement – make improvement on the product upon requirement

·Reliability analysis – perform test on product reliability, file evaluation and verification report after test is completed

 

Requirement:

·technological academy and up education, 10-year experiences in pump/valve design

·Priority given to those major in fluid mechanics

·Familiar with tools including Solidworks, autoCAD and Office

·Quick response in case of anemergency

·Good at team work and independent work

 

Production Engineer

Responsibility:

·Determination on manufacturing technics; allocation of equipments, operators and jobs; material requirements and material flow

·Engineering expenses calculation; Shoplayout planing

·Production technics optimization

 

Requirement:

·Bachelor degree in machinery fabrication; Years of manufacturing experiences of pumps, valves and gears

·Knowlegible in machinery industry; theory mechnics and material mechnics; parts and accessories

·Familiar with tools including Solidworks,autoCAD and Office

·Quick response in case of anemergency at shop floor

·Good at team work and independent work

 

CastingEngineer

Responsibility:

·Responsible for casting technics design and development; solve problems found at job site

·Improve casting technics to satisfy customer’s requirement

·Pattern design, equipment selection, production line planing, material selection, property verification.

·Provide work instructions to operators; quality control; assist QA engineer in solving quality problems

·Experiment on new technics and new technology in order to improve casting quality, reduce costs and eliminate scraps

 

Requirement:

·Bachelor degree in castings; 8-year casting experiences

·Priority to those using computer simulation in castings verification

·Familiar with tools including Solidworks, autoCAD and Office

·Quick response in case of an emergency at shop floor

·Good at team work and independent work
