Application
The valves provideexcellent services in industries, where ammonia is used, produced ordischarged. These industries include chemical, steel, power, waste water,fertiliser, textile, fiber, leather, plastic, dye and pharmaceutical, etc.

Primary seal——bellows assembly
It’sa fully enclosure type structure to avoid direct contact with the fluid beingtransmitted. So it could offer maximum service life, maintenance free, andreduce the operating cost.
Secondary seal——nonmetallic packing material
The gland packing, stuffed withflexible graphite material, served as an extra protection to preven fromleaking, particularly at high temperature applications.
Position limit
Positionlimit on upper stem provides effective protection from flexible bellowsvariability, to ensure safe use of the valve.
Anti-rotation block
Preventlateral movement of bellows, to ensure maximum service life of bellows
Packing sleeve
Forpacking compression, in order to achieve a better sealing performance
State-of –the- art engineering
Discmaterial is corrosion-resistant stainless steel or alloy steel. Disc is welded tothe lower end of the stem by plasma transferred arc (PTA) process and is finelapped, ensuring perfect sealing of the contact surfaces between disc and valvebody.
Hinged connection
Hingedconnection between disc and stem has increased sealing of the connectingfurfaces and thus zero emissions are guaranteed.
Uniquechannel design
The computersimulated valve chamber design offers very low flow resistance. The flow ratecould be increased by 10-15% as compared with valves of similar size.
