Procedure flow：
Customer shall be provided one-year warranty for Wanlong products after shipment.

Wanlong service team:
    1.  The team is organized with specialized personnels. It’s not sub-contracted.
    2.  Trained staff with experiences in manufacturing shopfloor.
    3.  Sales calls continue after warranty term.
    4.  All sales and after sales activities are managed by computer.
