structural characteristics
● Adopt built-in non-scouring design, hydroforming, and multi-layer structure to ensure the maximum extension of life. It can expand and retract (i.e., switch) up to 5,000 to 10,000 times under a pressure of 2.5MPa, which is maintenance-free and reduces operating costs;
● Unique flow channel design, verified by professional software, reduces cavitation, reduces flow resistance coefficient, enhances flow capacity, and increases flow capacity by 10% to 50% compared with flow channel capacity of the same specification;
● The valve disc for surfacing and grinding is made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. Imported welding materials are resistant to corrosion and erosion, protecting the use of sealing rings and increasing sealing performance;
● Multi-layer seal design ensures zero leakage:
The first seal-the bellows component adopts a built-in design to avoid flushing and maintenance, reduce operating costs and ensure service life;
The second seal-non-metallic fillers use woven fillers with corrosion inhibitors, which increases reliability, safety and high temperature resistance, providing a maintenance-free condition;
Internal limit device-increases the upper limit of the valve stem to protect the safety of the valve, effectively protects the elastic variable of the bellows, and improves the service life;
● Anti-rotation block prevents lateral torsion of the bellows and ensures maximum service life of the bellows;
● Packing press sleeve, used to compress the packing to make the sealing performance better, increase the service life of the packing, and avoid maintenance;
● Hinge connection. The valve disc and the lower valve stem are hinged, mainly for the sealing consistency at the contact point of the sealing surface, making the sealing performance more reliable and ensuring the reliability of the internal seal.
