    structural characteristics

    ● Adopt double-layer bellows structure, the valve structure is reasonable and more compact; the installation height of the double bellows gate valve designed and manufactured by our company is 28% to 45.4% lower than similar products;

    ● Adopt a double-layered bellows structure, the valve reduces the force on the bellows during the opening and closing process, and the force is more uniform, extending its service life;

    ● Adopt double-layer bellows for more reliable sealing. The valve is leak tested through helium to achieve zero leakage. It is especially used in pipelines with flammable, explosive and highly toxic media, making it environmentally friendly and safe;

    ● Adopt a double sealing surface wedge sealing structure, which makes the sealing more reliable. For example, under certain working conditions, the sealing surface on one side is damaged, and the sealing surface on the other side is still sealed, ensuring the function of the valve and having a longer service life;

    ● Adopt a straight-through structure and optimize the flow channel design, with small media flow resistance and large flow coefficient, making it more energy-saving;

    ● Multi-layer seals such as packing, double bellows and valve stem are used to achieve true zero leakage.
