The Wanlong after-sales team is always on the move. When customers encounter problems on site and need timely repairs, our after-sales team never shirks or delays. They will promptly analyze the issue, formulate a repair plan, rush to the site, and use their expertise and speed to help customers solve problems. After troubleshooting, Wanlong after-sales staff will record the problem and solution in detail in the Customer Service Record Form, which will be signed and evaluated by the customer. Customer satisfaction is the only true satisfaction. We take after-sales service seriously.
