Wanlong discharge valve

It is mainly used at the bottom of reaction vessels, storage tanks or other equipment for discharging materials (usually slurry, powder, particles or liquids, etc.). According to its structure and working principle, it can be divided into upward discharge and downward discharge, and is a very important specialized valve in industrial processes.

◐The valve disc sealing surface and valve seat sealing surface are welded with hard alloy, which improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface;

◐According to the actual characteristics of the medium (such as danger, easy crystallization, need for insulation, etc.), the following options can be selected:

Bellows discharge valve for toxic, harmful, or zero leakage media;

The insulation discharge valve is suitable for working conditions that require maintaining the temperature of the medium;

The insulation corrugated pipe discharge valve has dual functions of insulation and zero leakage.
