Looking back, our company's "Little Migratory Bird" summer childcare program has been warmly accompanying us for fourteen years. In the vast river of history, 14 years may seem like a drop in the ocean, but in today's fast-changing world, it is more than enough to demonstrate a company's perseverance and dedication.
Since its inception, this heartwarming initiative for employees' children has always been a priority for our company's Party branch and labor union. From curriculum design and teacher selection to nutritious meals and lunchtime safety, every detail reflects the meticulous care of the Party organization and the thoughtful dedication of the labor union.
To convey this care directly to each "little migratory bird," the Party branch and labor union jointly held a special visitation event on the afternoon of July 24th. They visited the summer program, watched the children's performances, learned about their studies, and presented them with lovely gifts.
This "summer-limited" warm initiative not only solves the problem of difficult childcare during the school holidays but also allows employees to feel the company's warmth, highlighting our people-oriented ethos. This year's program is still underway, and next year, we will be waiting for you at the usual place, awaiting the breeze and your return.
