On the morning of November 24, 2023, Wanlong Group held a relocation ceremony at the entrance of its new apartment building, welcoming numerous employees into star-rated hotel-style accommodations. In recent years, as the company continues to expand and urban village renovations proceed in the surrounding area, the growing number of employees had outpaced the capacity of the original housing conditions. Floors 2 to 6 are dedicated to housing, with 14 rooms on each floor, totaling 84 standard suites.
Each apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, a television, internet access, a bed, wardrobe, drying rack, bedding set, private bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, and other daily necessities. The interiors are cozy, well-equipped, and designed to offer true "hotel-style living," allowing employees to move in with just their luggage.
